Description/Job Summary


  • Data entry of all company Purchase Orders
  • Research product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule 
  • Coordinate with the team members as a liaison to vendors
  • Report purchase errors in a timely manner
  • Asset Tracking
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of purchasing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Able to multitask and prioritize based on company needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
