Description/Job Summary

The essential job duties for which you are responsible and which may change from time to time as directed by your supervisor, will include, but not be limited to:
  • Multi-State project management
  • Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of projects including labor
  • Build customer relations
  • Effectively manage multiple large-scale projects
  • Negotiate contracts and change orders
  • Effectively communicate with project superintendents, estimators, and operations managers.
  • Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
  • Complete understanding of project contract requirements and the ability to estimate, determine changes and take appropriate action
  • Monitor productivity and provide solutions to the problems that arise with the labor pool, including write ups and other documentation of performance, both positive and negative.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules.
  • Drive performance so that each project is completed under budget and on schedule
  • Participate in project meetings
  • Ensure that no additional work is performed without proper authorization 
  • Monitor job site safety and take appropriate action to address and correct deficiencies
  • Assist in the management of the operational capabilities
  • Oversee the Company’s Safety program.
  • Assist in training of the staff.
  • Oversee the Company’s quality control program.


  • Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing Experience or HVAC and Plumbing Insulation Experience
  • Knowlege of all HVAC and Plumbing Systems
  • BIM Management
  • Project Management experience with projects over $500k
  • Effective organization, communication, and leadership skills
  • Multitasking Skills
  • Ability to self-perform all duties with little guidance
